How's this eBay business idea? I know it's important to do business where you have an interest and passion, but also to make sure you find your niche market... Now I know not every human wants to watch classic NBA games, but I was wondering, since I'm a huge NBA fan (and I'm sure there are others out there), I was thinking of putting my NBA game collection on DVDs (individual games) and selling them on eBay. This is for everyone who enjoyed the entertainment from basketball in the 1990s and so far this decade. I have recorded a lot of games and I feel there might be people out there who would like to relive the exciting moments of these great games. I can simply record them from VHS to DVD with great quality. I don't really see any items on this...Thanks in advance for your thoughts and insight! I'm new to selling :) Copyright laws? I haven't changed anything on the game footage though. It's all what was on TV. I've bought NBA DVDs before of games, but there was so few of them to find. I'm sure there are people out there who are dieing to watch games of Jordan, Ewing, etc again.

Can anyone tell me how to start a "REAL" profitable "at home" EBAY business? I need serious help & ideas.Thx. I've read books, asked different people, but they all just do it to clean out their home or office as a way to get rid of junk. I've worked at alot of call centers, front desk for several hotels, and even worked as a travel agent for about a year. My man is starting up his own business soon, and we both think it would be awesome for me to launch a business of my own around the same time. I need some ideas to look into. I don't mind taking a few classes to get a license or certificate, but college probably won't work for me. I also don't want to have an online business. Any good e-business ideas? I am 15 years old, and I'm quite the entrepreneur. Over the summer, I made good money buying things in bulk and then reselling them on eBay. This was a good strategy for me, however, now that I'm back in school, I no longer have time to operate it. Situation: A regular, professional, business ebay seller with lots of listings active (100+) at all times, sells many items within their specific product range. All items are re-stocked regularly and all listings re-list automatically when they've ended or sold out. Meaning their product range and stocking habits are similar to those of a high street shop. It's a genuine sales business with all the ongoing issues regular businesses have. Question is: What type(s) of information would or should or COULD be most valuable to a seller like this who is expanding their business each month? Ebay business? I want to open a computer business on ebay eventually. I'm a computer engineering student in college and I'm always looking for a way to earn extra money. I love building computers so I thought maybe I could build computers and sell on ebay for a small profit 75 to 100 dollars per computer. I know this idea is far from new and many people do this but is there a way I can get a steady secondary income off of this? Does this sound feasible? I am sure I can do about 10 computers a week so thats probably 3000 a month in profit if I get steady customers. Any tips or ideas? Is there a way I can buy parts cheaper from newegg or tigerdirect with some kind of deal? If I were to do this, how do I obtain any tax or licensure? if it gets successful I can do 10 computers a week but I'd start off with 1 then 2 ect. until I can build enough money to fund further computers

I'm only 15 and I'd like to make a little money, but I don't want to get a job because I want to create something of my own that can grow instead of working for someone else, but I'm not exactly sure how to start and I don't know what to sell. It's just an idea I guess. If you have any ideas, tips... That would be cool.
Is it legal to mimic a business idea? Hypothetically, is it legal to mimic an idea created by another business? For example, say you wanted to start an auction site like eBay, a business that dominates the online auction industry. Lets say the creators of eBay were the first ever to create an online auction service. Would it be legal to create your own business based on their idea? If not then wouldn't it be considered a monopoly? Restricting business competition? (I know there are other online auction sites out there but for this question lets pretend eBay is the only one currently in existence)
ideas for creating my own business???10 points to best idea!!? I'm 16 and want to have my own business. Over the past 3 years i've had my own Ebay business but i'm getting bored of that. I want to have my own business that involves my intrests: sports, drawing, cooking, and things like that. I'm really busy througout the school year, so i would only be able to work after school and practice and then on weekends. Any ideas?
