Work at Home Education Center

Any good telecommuting employment agencies? I am not looking for a "business opportunity," I am looking for employment agencies that can help find a telecommute "JOB." I don't mind paying for the info if it will help.

Would you pay a telecommuting company a fee to do a background check on you? I'm trying to find a legitimate telecommunting job that I can do from home..Some companies are charging me a fee to perform a background check on me which means no absolute guarantee of employment..I won't do it but if anybody out there has paid a fee I want to know the outcome.
