Any ideas for home based business opportunities? I am disabled and am looking for a legitimate home based business idea or something I could do at home to make a small income. There are so many scams out there. Thanks to all for your answers. It seems that even though people say "this is not a scam" I have looked into all the answers. Some have not answered my e-mails yet, but so far they are answer lots of these surveys and sign up for lots of things(magazines, credit cards...) and we will send you 75 cents.
What would be some really good home-based business opportunities? I'm on limited income, so I don't have a lot of money to work with, but would be interested in starting/being a part of a home-based business; I am not intersted in "get rich quick" schemes. One of my interests (but not limited to), is to have a Christian home-based business. I am also interested in travel. Any ideas/links to home-based businesses can include these two areas, but other ideas are welcomed as well. I'll say it again: I'm on limited income, so I may have some money to invest in a home-based business, but not a lot. Thank you!

I don't want something that requires investment or having to keep an assistant, I wish to work independently to supplement my income. I am okay with working in front of the PC as well as working outside doing a real job so long as its not too strenuous. Looking for help on ideas. Could do with some extra dollars.

Small home based business opportunity in Philippines? I want to start a small home based business for my wifes mother who lives in the philippines. We are thinking of something simple like bread making or a small chicken business. Does anyone have any experience of this, or any ideas what is a good original idea. It does not have to be a road to millions, just a way to make a good living.
legitimate work at home opportunities? I had a baby almost 2 months ago and i dont want to put him in daycare. My fiance and I can barely pay ourt bills with me not working anymore and my old job cant offer me the hours i can work. I was hoping that there was a good home based business that you don't have to pay to start. surely somebody can suggest something that really works and isn't just a scam. I've looked at a few opportunities, but they all have fees just to get the information, and I mean serious money, not just a few dollars a week. Anybody have any ideas?
What is the best internet based business opportunity you know of? Legitimate work from home opportunities?? Can snyone tell me of any legitimate work from home ooportunities or give me any ideas of how I can work from home. I would need to earn approx. £1,000 a month. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy 2 weeks ago & I really do not want to have to return to work when my maternity pay/leave runs out. I want to spend that precious time with my little boy but also be able to contribute financially to my household. I was thinking of joining AmeriPlan, but I'm not sure how legit they are... I'm hearing mixed reviews. I'm also thinking of starting an eBay business selling baby clothing and equipment... but theres too much competition and too much stuff on there that doesn't sell for that much. Any other mothers out there have any ideas? Or businesses that you work for and make a few bucks(i'm not looking for a get rich quick, b/c i know there are none out there). Even if its just $100 or so a week... or WHATEVER I can get. glitter~ i'm into photography, but mainly landscape. i'm only 21, so i haven't had too much experience. I've worked as a waitress most of my life(since I was 15, almost 16). Then I modeled, but got out of it once I had my son. I'll be getting back into it, but I want to make sure I'm in good shape again before I even attempt. yourtech~ i'm not into paying for maybes. thats why I haven't tried ameriplan...

Even if its just $100 or so a week... or WHATEVER I can get. My ds is 17 1/2 months old, so its kinda hard to bring him ANYWHERE with me... let alone a job. lol. He's in the clingy stage again, where i'm affraid of how he'd react if I'd have any other kids/babies. The eBay thing I think I'll try... and also selling things on craigslist.org I have so much stuff from my ds that I haven't gotten rid of yet! :-\ Also some of my old clothing that don't fit anymore. As far as Avon, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc... I don't know enough people, and I'm not in any groups or anything to get people to buy. :(
How can I get information on starting a answering service from home? I have a disability I'm recovering from and I need to work from home. This is a good time for me to start my own home business. I have 19 years of call center experience and I feel as though starting an answering service from home is the way to go, However, I have no idea where to start. I do not have a lot of money but I do have the necessary equipment. I'm not looking to get rich quick or those so called home business opportunities that promises great wealth and are always asking for investments. I'm not interested in any multi-level marketing programs, buying a distributorship or selling any products. I'm not interested in buying into a franchise. I have read about people starting home businesses using their telephones but, they didn't give any details. Any suggestions will greatly appreciated. Please, only serious responses will help me. Thank you.
Crazy Fox Home Business? I wanted to know if the crazy fox home business would be a good idea to make some extra money? What I need to know is if what they offer is customized. That is to say, their opportunity is the same for everybody or do they present a business for your specific needs? For example, I don't want to sell anything door to door but wouldn't mind talking on the phone to people. Thanks!
What is the best sales position to do from home? What are some high ticket items that people sell from their home using phone sales. I am retired and looking to fill some of my time selling some big ticket items by phone as I spent a lifetime doing phone sales. I don't want to be involved in any product that requires lengthy follow up (such as real estate) but have no trouble calling businesses or residential numbers. I prefer something where commission payout is quick relative to the call time. Anyone have any ideas? (Please, no nutritional product, no business opportunity, and certainly no MLM nonsense). Thanks.
I'm thinking of starting a home based business. Do you know of a good, legitimate opportunity? I'm on my way to my second career, earning my Bachelor's degree in Education. Being a student sometimes is synonymous with being poor when your paying for everything, and have two children in the home as well. I do have some time left for another venture, and really need to generate some additional income badly if I am to continue forward with the last year and a half of my degree. The goal is to not have to take on a second job away from home that would take me away from my kids more than what I am now. That just isn't possible. The business has to be a viable home based one, preferably something web based. One that is completely legitimate, not some sort of scam. I can supply more details about what I have to work with if you are a person that has opportunity, and would like to talk. I can be reached at maybcyaround@yahoo.com anytime. I thank you in advance, and look forward to reading your ideas!
I would like general infomation about home based employment and business. What have you got for me ? No scams. I am doing a research project for a client who is interested in working from home. She is very open to new ideas, but doesn't want to deal with wading through all the scams in order to find one good opportunity. Here is what I have done so far: -checked the SBA website -checked home based business laws -looked on a few websites for actual work from home job openings She is open to both home based business and actual home employment. She is looking to make 400-500 dollars a month. Her special skills include lots of handiwork and a wide range of job experience. I will give anybody who is just using this to make a sales pitch a bad rating.
Computer Base Direct Sell Home-Based Business? I lost my job last week and I am looking for a business to run from my home office. I like sales and marketing. I am not interested in MLM opportunities because what I have read here they are all scams and I don't think I would feel comfortable selling over priced products. My paraents were in AMWAY in the late 70's and early 80's and as a kid, I watched them loose most of their friends and lost touch with family members because of the hope they put in the soap. Eventually, the lost of the people around them affected their marriage and they got divorced. I am looking for something I can feel good about and not deceive a person into something that is not real. Any ideas?
Attention: Moms making money from home at a real job? Are there any real moms out there with a real job making money? I used to have a work from home position and I need to find another one - why I had to leave is a long story - but real opportunities with real companies paid for by the hour like a real job as a real employee are hard to find. My internet searches are turning up nothing but scams where they are really selling manuals and guides and no legit opportunity. I don't want a home based business. I want a job at home. Any ideas....where do you work?

I am great with the computer, very fast learner, and know there has to be something out there. Any ideas? my spell check didn't do its job.... posibilities...sorry
Work-at-home-mom income opportunities? I have a modest consulting business, and I am a WAHM. I recently moved to an expensive part of the country and wonder if anyone can suggest additional ways I can work from home. I have a nanny who travels with me so I can nurse my infant between meetings, so I can get out periodically to see clients. I have an MBA, if that helps. I also want to homeschool this child, if I can afford it. Any ideas? Experiences to share?

How do I get more members for my Small Business Community Forum? Hey everyone. I recently created a small business / work at home community forum at http://www.companydreams.com. It targets those who seek to create their own business, those who have a business willing to share their ideas, and those who seek to learn paid surveys, selling on ebay, paid per click, freelancing, and many other online profit opportunities. I have already submitted the forum to search engines, as well as tried a few affiliate links. We already have a few great members and a growing community, but I am unsure what else to do to promote it. I am currently using both google Adwords and yahoo SearchMarket. Please share some advice and feel free to PM me on the forum with any feedback. The forum can be found at http://www.companydreams.com Thank you everyone
Assembly work/leaflet inserters/real data entry - UK - Any ideas where to look? I recently fell for an ad that offered work thro' WH Smiths, inserting leaflets into magazines. What I'd like to know is are there any UK based companies that want manual workers based at home and if so, how the heck do I find them?? Have mailed a few companies directly but wondered if anyone had come across a site/list that would give clearer info, and one that doesn't ask for a fee to provide details? Long shot I guess, and yes, I know already about business opportunities and sorry, not interested in the slightest - want mind numbing repetitive style work - at least that way I know it's real! Any help would be appreciated

I don't have the funds to go to college but i will though .but for now im stuck in a rute.I'm going to be a father real soon and the job I have is ok paying but too ...lets say tolerable. I've gotten to the stage where its a routine,it being taking cars apart (done differently then in Dirty Jobs)WE'LL my question is : i have an idea there has been a big uproar you can say of cookie cutter housing's in and around my town and neighboring town's should i start a at home auto repair service. you know the type where a mechanic goes to your home . I don't know if theirs any one out there with this type of employment and if i could can i get some honest advice and not just abuse and rude comments
what do you think of this business idea?? me and my husband where thinking very much about opening a On site oil changing and and maintenance company here in naples florida. we hav done our research and there is no company outhere offerng this kind of service . It would be mobile , i mean if you had the opportunity to have your car checked, liquids refilled , oil change, scaned for problem, with out affecting your warranty and without paying the high prices out there and while at home would you hire my service? if you said yes how much would you pay for this service think about the prices you regularly pay.ohh by the way we have researched licence requirments to operate in the county.
If you can't beat 'em...at least make some money. .? My boss said that to me my first day of work in Jan.2002 . It is very funny how Christians and catholics alike will buy anything. The company I used to work for near central P.A. makes religious paraphernalia for many religions, I learned that Christians will buy any piece of crap that says Jesus on it, or indirectly implies Jesus. We used a pyramid scheme to get kids to sell our products at home, church, and in school. My question is do you know anyone else taking advantage of this eternal business opportunity. And what ideas do you have for a "new" ground breaking Christian product. P.S. the company is owned by an atheist. I am agnostic.
Where can I find resources to promote my pet care business? I own and operate a pet sitting and dog walking business. I'd like to prepare home made dog treats in gift bags to give to pet owners. However, I don't know where to start. I can't prepare food for the life of me so I'm not sure how I'm going to pull off making dog treats. Do you know a good resource for easy dog treat recipes? Also, where can I find decorative (dog relevant) plastic wrap or gift bags to put the treats in? Do you have any other creative ideas that I could use to promote my business? In other words, is there some other product that i could obtain at an affordable or low cost (because it will be in bulk) to distribute to pet owners? I plan on giving the gifts to people in person and using it as an opportunity to introduce myself and my business. I plan to include a business card and possbily a coupon.

What appeals to 8th graders'? Need ideas.? I am giving a presentation in Nov. for an eighth grade career fair. My presentation will be on Interior Design as a career. I want to be relevant to them as much as possible. What are 8th graders most interested in these days? It's also an opportunity to promote my new interior design business, so I need to come up with something they can take home to give parents - in hopes they may desire my services. Any ideas for a cool promo item to take home? Thanks.
Ideas needed please help!? I'm at home with 3 kids (one is in school most of the day, the other two are in school half day). So I decided to do something career wise 'out of the home' to help me have some extra money. I tried ebay, only broke even, crafts, no good, realestate, did okay but eventually couldn't find enough clients, and now I'm a recruiter for a healthcare company, the problem is now this ALSO seems to be going no where, I've been at this job for three months, signed ten hospitals to contract but still no luck making any money because I can't find the other half of the equation-namely people to fill the jobs the hospitals give me. I am at a loss, I don't want any B.S. get rich quick opportunities or to make candles! I'm not going to have 'parties' and sell to my neighbors either. Has anyone any honest ideas they have heard of? Please no answers that are just trying to sell your particular business, helpfull replies only. Thank you---- Mom going nuts
Can someone help me with wording on my business cards? I am a handyman that sees an opportunity in a niche market. As a condition of sale for many home sales, the buyer asks that certain deficiencies be remedied. I'd like to target RE agents, and print on my business cards that I specialize in remediation of these deficiencies. The problem is that I can't find a concise way of saying it. Any ideas?
Is it a good idea to pull out cash from HELOC and keep it available for future investment opportunities? I'm thinking of increasing home equity line and then pulling it out and puttting it in cash. My thought is the housing prices can continue to decline and I may not have the available equity later. I will keep the funds in cash until in the future I may start my own business. If I change my mind I just pay the line back down. I just want to lock up the availability in case the market continues a decline. I know that is additional interest to be paid but partially offest is more interest deductible on tax return and interest income from the saving deposit.
Looking for a career change - I would like to work part time doing something challenging. Ideas? I have three children at home. I left my career in management at a large corporation when my youngest was born. I really miss working, but don't want to go back to the hours and stress of what I was doing for the sake of my family. I have a degree in Business and have completed some coursework on my MBA, but I have come across few opportunities in a professional environment that can be done part time. I am willing to go back to school and am fortunate to have the means to do so, but I know going in that I want to learn something I will enjoy and that I can do part time. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding careers that lend themselves well to part time work?
What are some research topics that use absolute zero measurements? I must write a paper on a research topic that uses absolute zero measurements but I can't come up with anything. I am drawing a blank. If someone could just help me think of ideas, I would greatly appreciate it. Here is the criteria for my paper: Identify a research issue, problem, or opportunity that uses data that has absolute zero measurements, such as interval and ratio level data. Some examples might include the difference between benefits packages offered by an organization, the feasibility of outsourcing a department such as customer service, the feasibility of hiring more employees when production increases instead of offering overtime pay to existing employees, or the costs associated with moving a home-based business into an office setting. Be sure to obtain instructor approval for your research issue, problem, or opportunity before completing your Hypothesis Testing Paper.
What are possible ways to advertise for these services?? I run a sucessful business from home offering health benefits to families under $60.00 a month. I am doing really well but want more ideas on where to advertise and get the word out. I dont want to spend cash for advertising. Most places to post free are for jobs opportunities.
Any ideas to help loneliness/homesickness at college? I've joined a few clubs and I'm in a suite on campus with 6 people (too many in my opinion). I just don't feel like I can connect with these people I go to school with since it is a very small business college and everyone seems to just be into partying (which is boring after a while). I seem to be the only one in the area with my interests and I feel lonely. I dont think it helps that I also turned in my roommate for bringing back alcohol to the room without asking if it was ok or not and the whole campus found out and shunned me a bit. I also miss hanging out at my favorite spots back home, like driving down the lonely country roads, a relaxing day on the beach, or a midnight Subway run (I moved to a big city in South FL, its a big change). Sometimes I feel like I don't belong at all here...sometimes I call myself stupid for thinking that since there's nothing at all for me at home, whereas here there is opportunity to have a chance at a better future. I don't know what to do! I can't seem to find much off campus that interests me either. My friends won't visit. I just want a few people to hang with when it gets boring when I'm done with my studies and have nothing to do. I can't go home to visit (its almost $500 and overnight by car) either. It's really sucking, but no other school offers the same courses as this is the only school in the nation with these majors.
What benefits should a person working 40+hours a week, deserve or expect? I am sure that alot of Yahoo Answers contributers are as conservative as I am liberal, so I'm hoping for your perspective. I have some ideas concerning a new strategy implemented to facilitate a "if time is contributed, help is returned in kind" type of program. Community service, neighborhood improvment, environmental contribution, are just 3 of the ways I believe someone should be able to give time and energy, which would result in services which they need at the time, or save all "credits" earned over time to receive some big service, (free.) Like having a baby for free or close to it. Or get greatly subsidized vocational or academic placement. I compare this to the GI Bill's original mandate and historical functions. After serving in the military, $ for education, home loans, medical insurance, business opportunities were their for vetrans, Why not try something similar on a tiny scale (with social contributions required in order to earn proportional rewards or services
Anybody think "Parties in a Box" is a viable business opportunity? My sister and I are considering starting our own business, something to the effect of "Parties in a Box." It would be geared towards today's busy families who simply don't have time to shop twenty different places to find the things necessary to throw a child's birthday party. We're thinking about selecting certain themes, say for instance a pirate theme, and for x dollars, you're box would include a set number of invitations, plates, cups, etc., game ideas, party favors. We've also considered adding an additional fee for us to mail out your invitations, address thank-you cards, prepare party favor bags in advance, etc. So, our question is this - do you think this is a worthwile idea given that times are becoming tighter economically (our line of thinking is that perhaps the Libby Lu parties, and other expensive location parties will start to dwindle and home parties will be on the rise again...)?
How can Stay at Home Mom can Earn Income? WorkingHomeUSA.com posted this very interesting article. They also have many listings that help women needing income. http://workinghomeusa.com A lot of moms start a home-based business because they want to care for their children while creating an income. The wish to care for children, the incompatibility of an 7-8 hour work day with school hours, and the expense of childcare induces many women to leave their job in order to be available to their children. They want a business schedule that can be integrated with their parenting duties. This small article will explain why affiliate marketing, earning a commission by promoting other people's products, is a better business idea for stay at home moms because it allows the flexibility needed to manage multiple responsibilities and is accessible to people in all income levels. Reason #1 why moms can grealy benefit from this business idea is because affiliate marketing doesn't have the time constraints that many other home businesses require. Affiliate marketers can work as much or as little as they want. Since you are your own boss, you can set your own hours. Stay at home moms need this flexibility because one day may be busier than another or a specific time of day or night may be more convenient. This allows them to better manage their responsibilities to their children as well as build a home business. Affiliate marketing is ideal because the flexibility of being able to set your own hours allows them to easily integrate a home business into their routine. The internet also allows affiliate marketers to be making money at any time of the day or night, whether you are working or not. Moms can be assured that even though they need to focus on another responsibility, they are still making money with their affiliate marketing business. Reason #2 why affiliate marketing is a better home business idea for stay at home moms is that it costs nothing or very little to start. In a one income household, money often has to be budgeted carefully. They don't always have the extra money to pay for expensive start up costs, or invest in pricey inventory that many home business opportunities require. Affiliate marketing fits all budgets because it can be implemented using either free or paid methods, and you don't have to invest in expensive products in order to sell them. There is a way for moms of all income levels to get started with affiliate marketing. Therefore, affiliate marketing is a better home business idea for stay at home moms because it gives them the flexibility they need to manage multiple responsibilities, and can accommodate all income levels.
What business opportunities could a 14-year-old find? Pretty much anything that can make money, preferably from home. What I mean is something that doesn't require a high school diploma or GED (and obviously not a college degree, either), but can make a decent amount of income. Any ideas? I want to get my life off the ground as soon as possible. Like, could I get a graphics design job, or maybe a typing/proofreading job? I really need help here, guys!
I would like start working from home due to ill health!!!!? I am trying to find a good 'work from home' job opportunity due to a decline in health over the past few months. I'm not interested in paid surveys, freelance writing or on-line gambling but a good business opportunity that wont cost me a fortune to get started. I am a very hard working individual and need to make a reasonable income to support my family. Any ideas or referrals would be superb. Thanks.
I'm trying to find a way to work from home that is for real and doesn't require I use my credit card If you know how I can go about working from home please let me know some ideas such as is it possible to apply directly with an employment agency and/or a business and ask them if they have any work from home opportunities? I mean is that even a such thing? not just those silly sites that are full of crap. I want actual legit work. I don't need to make a lot of money, 10 or 12 an hour is just fine. Don't need a hundred an hour. So if you have any info or some ideas for me please write thanks. The reason I want to work from home is because I never do good working around or with people. I have some issues so I feel it would be much better if I could work alone at home, I would be albe to support myself while I deal with my issues with also include panic attacks about being outside. As you can see it's quite difficult with all my issues to get a regular job so that is why I want to work from home. Doesn't matter what it is. I am very good at Data Entry though.
I have a BA in International Business. I would like to work on the internet? I have a BA in International Business. I am both a Canadian and a Mexican citizen. I reside in Mexico. I worked 5 years in the purchasing department of a 270 million a year appparel company. I then went to work with a world leading label company. Any ideas on were I can find jobs, partnerships, business opportunities to make money? I would like to work on the internet. I don´t necessarily have to work from home, but I would like to take advantage of my skills. Is there any companies paying people to follow up on business leads of even close deals in other countries?
I need legitamate advice about a way to make money at home.? So I live in a very small town (about 1200 people) about an hour outside of the main town. I also have 3 little girls and don't have a baby sitter. My husband makes decent money but for a family of 5 it just isn't cutting it. I am very interested in finding some way for me to make money but am at the end of my ideas. I need something that will actually bring in money. I want a job not a business opportunity. But I have to be able to do it from home. I don't have anything to sell on ebay, I am not going to sell drugs or be a prostitute or anything stupid like that. So please don't leave those comments. I am simply asking if any of you know about anything that maybe I have not heard about. I am a hard worker and very dedicated to my work. Well I used to be before we made the mistake to move out here and I actually had a job. I check monster and all of those job websites regularly but come up with a lot of garbage. so if any of you know of anyone hiring or have any ideas please let me know. Thank you
Im looking for a great at home business opportunity..? I would like to continue to stay home with my daughter, but could really use the extra money. The price of daycare is so expensive that if I went and got a job doing what I went to school for (Dental Assisting) I would barely have any money left over, which to me doesn't make much sense when I could stay home and be with her! I'm not looking to get rich I just wanted to know if anyone has any great ideas for at home business' that would earn some extra income each month!
Can I sue this online business for fraud? I was contacted by a rep of web design company Higher Impact, asking me if I was interested in an online home business opportunity. He had a voice recording explain everything to me and I thought it couldn't hurt to try. The basics behind the idea are that I buy a website from the company for a one-time, fixed fee of $110. The website would feature products from the company's sponsors offering health care, mortgages, and something else. For every product sold through my site, I would get a commission. My only job then, would be to drive traffic to my website. For that, the rep explained to me that the company will provide me with "marketing coaches" that will "coach" me on how to drive traffic to my website. I bought the idea, gave the my CC info and paid $110 for the website. The rep told me that I will get a call from a "coach" in 2-3 days. I wait 14 days, and after submitting a complaint to their site, I get a call the next day from the "coach". He sweets talks (i.e. bullshits) me about how good this business opportunity is, and tells me that he will have another "coach" contact me in several minutes. The "coach" finally calls me, and after 10 minutes of trying to bullshit her way to getting me "excited" about this business opportunity, she tells me that there are three packages available - on for $5K for 10K traffic to my site, one for $10K, and another for $20K. At this point, you probably know why I consider this to be fraud. I was never told that their "coaching" would consist of them peddling me their "traffic packages" for tens of Gs. I could easily just get my $110 back and finish this, but this is straight up, no-bones-about-it FRAUD, and I don't want them to get away with it!!! Is there anything that can be done about this in courts? Could I sue them, and if yes, then for which possible amount? Up to 10K, 100K, mil K??? Obviously money wouldn't be the only issue here, as their business practices are fraudulent and need to be rectified. Thanks in advance!
Anyone know any good "work from home" out there? Especially one that can suit a stay-at-home mom? Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I'm interested in a work-from-home job/business opportunity, especially those that could suit a stay-at home mom. Here are some things that I'm looking for: 1. Something that doesn't require any monthly payments or start-up fees or anything. 2. Something that is flexible and that also does not require ANY telephone use (for example, such as calling people and convincing them to join your business! This is such a pain to do, btw!) 3. Any work-from-home job/business that requires the use of a computer is just fine. 4. Something that you think is interesting to do and is NOT a snorefest! I understand that you won't always get the job you want in order to earn a living, but I'm just looking for something here that is not too much of a burden to do and, at the same time, is something that I could benefit from. 5. PLEASE no business that require you to get people to sign up with you in order to earn money! 6. Any ideas about starting my own home job/business would be great too! 7. I'd like to know if you've previously experienced (or have someone who has previously experienced) this specific job/business. I believe that's it. I'd really REALLY appreciate the help here..it's hard to find something legimite on Google nowadays. P.S - If ANYONE refers me to ANY "get rich quick" scams, or those cheap survey websites that "promise" you thousands of dollars for filling out a million page survey, or ANY FRAUDULENT website that lies about it's offers, your answer will be REPORTED. I'm serious about this. Stop spreading cheap websites that do nothing but scam people. It's not right and will definitely not be left off easily. On the other hand, anyone who gives me a great answer will be chosen as the "Best Answer" of this question. =) An extra ten points! Yay! lol. Once again, I appreciate all the help in advance! Thank you! Looking forward to hearing your answers.

what would be best for preparing for my own business? Which one of the two paths do you think would be better for preparing for starting a business 1# I would get a job that pays a wage of $8.00 an hour and save my money for my small business. I live with my dad so i don't have to worry about paying bills and he has plenty of cars i can drive and food and etc. So anyway I would work 5 day a week bringing home $64 dollars a day, making $320.00 , bringing home $1280.00 a month. I would spend the $280 and save the $1000 into my saving account. I f i keep saving up money ( and my goal is to save money up for 4 years) , i would have $12,000.00 a year adding up to $48,000,00 in 4 years. While i'm saving up money i would get a credit card so i can get a good credit score ( if you have a good credit score , it will increase your chances of getting business loan and investor etc). I would start small and buy a few outfits with the credit card and some food i think for about 6 months. Then i would get a car ( I know i said my dad has alot of cars, like 6 cars but i really need to buy something big with the credit card in order to build up my score) and pay it off , doing this for a year of paying the car bill should build up my credit score if i pay on time) somewhere in the 4 years of saving money and building up credit score. I will think and create new ideas for my business and creating a effective business plan.when my 4 years are up i will start on my business. thats the first plan i have , now here is the second one. 2# I would join the military ( navy or air force) and use the benefits to my advantage. I don't have to worry about housing and etc if i live on base, I would save up my money has was described up top of the first plan and do the same thing i stated above with building up my credit score. I would use the benefits and opportunities to go into college and get the extra pay and stuff. i could use the college benefits to learn managment or business to help me not only do well in business but to also increase my chances of getting a business loan and bank loan etc etc( 48,000 dollars saved up + good credit score+ business degree or whatever kind it is = bigger loan and better chances). In the military the will teach you how to be a leader and such and such. So what do you think ? Do you like 1# or 2#? tell me what would you do differently .?
Advice on Business Opportunities for Stay at Home and New Moms? I will be giving birth to my first child about six months from now. Currently, I work in an office full time but of course in a couple of months I will not be able to. I am trying to brainstorm a few ideas for work from home business opportunities to supplement my income during my maternity leave (and possibly beyond). Anyone in my boat? Any ideas?
