I am a stay at home mum and want to work from home? I have looked on the internet for opportunities to work from home but i am skeptical of any which require a "registration" fee. I am prepared to do almost anything and i don't expect to become a millionaire overnight or to earn $500 a day - i just want approx 10-15 hours of work per week to earn some extra money. I am great on my PC but am prepared to do lots of other non-computer related jobs - folding, filing, correcting, i am open to suggestions. I worked in accounts payable and payroll prior to having 2 beautiful babies but I am so desperate not to miss them growing up that i am prepared to do many other things to make some extra money. I am not interested in anything that requires me to leave my house.

Would you attend a bridal and home fair in Austin or San Antonio entitled "My Daddy's Not A Millionaire? My daughter and I produce Wedding and Home fairs. We lived in Austin previously and loved it. Two sons live there. We are planning to move back within a few months. We are planning to produce a fair in Austin and in San Antonio which is simply described in our title. We believe that the current fairs in the area are wonderful but do not give exposure to SMALL vendors and Brides, Grooms, and people planning to do new things to their homes (furniture, remodeling on a Budget). Our fairs are staged for people who do not have an unlimited bank account - who do not buy wedding gowns that cost multi thousands of $ and cannot afford photographers in the 5 figures, etc. Also for newly married couples, anniversary couples, people looking for a new home, new decor, new towels, all kinds of unique designed things. Isn't it stupid to try to "keep up with the Jones"? Why not be the "millionaire next door" instead? There are many millionaires in America who live simply and debt-free. They don't drive the newest car, or spend unnecessarily. Many own rental properties and handle all of the maintenance work themselves. Contrast this life style with someone living in a luxury home they can't afford, driving the most expensive car they can get their hands on, spending in all directions, and being head-over-heels in debt.

How do I convince my mom's friend to quit buying things and to get rid of the things she has? I just recently started helping my mom's friend of many years clean her home. She has a very nice home but you can't tell it. She is a shop-aholic in the worst sense. She is a millionaire who lives in a middle class neighborhood. She doesn't live like she has money at all EXCEPT for her shopping habits. She is unable to get around well because of horrible back trouble which has also led to obesity. So... she basically does nothing around her home except collect packages that she buys off the internet or QVC home shopping network. She has a bedroom FULL of unopened boxes & there are boxes lining the walls in all the other rooms in her home. I feel overwhelmed because she doesn't want to let go of anything. I feel I've bit off something bigger than I can chew but I really want to help her. I'm not helping her by letting her keep all the things she is buying. Any kind advice is appreciated. Thanks! Ideas needed for a presentation about my job? I work in Procurement for a major corporation, and need to give an overview of my specific area (print & marketing) to the rest of my department (200 people). Does anyone have any interesting / novel ideas or themes that would go beyond the standard Powerpoint presentation? I've seen other people make a home movie about themselves, and someone else themed their presentation around "Who wants to be a millionaire?". These were both very good memorable presentations.
