Would you pay a telecommuting company a fee to do a background check on you?
I'm trying to find a legitimate telecommunting job that I can do from home..Some companies are charging me a fee to perform a background check on me which means no absolute guarantee of employment..I won't do it but if anybody out there has paid a fee I want to know the outcome.

1. My wife was doing that also, it was for bellsouth I believe and everything turned out good but she decided she didn't want to do it in the end. It was going to pay good, great location and everything she just decided she wanted to stay at home with our child. They didn't lie to are at all, what they told her was the truth, although up until they said they wanted her they never hinted on at all that she would get it. I say if its what you want then go for it, I believe it would be worth it, it was for her. Meaning she had the job and it wasn't just wasing the money.
2. If it meant getting the job then probably.
