Work at home?

Exactly what careers can work at home? I was originally thinking to be a commercial airlines pilot, but I just noticed I really want to be able to be at home with my wife and kids (when I get them =P). So i need suggestions of career names (no surveys or web designing or any of that, like REAL careers) i could do at home and that may pay no less than $30,000 a year (not starting the career obviously, but after about 5 years). I'm good at technological stuff, music (i was thinking a year ago of becoming a sound engineer (can you also do that at home and how?), and pilot stuff (is aeronautical engineering also able to do at home?) by the way. (I'm just asking for career names and some descriptions with links if available) Conclusion...need a job that can make me still feel like a family guy =)
