Legitimate work at home ideas for a stay at home mom?
I have a 22 month old daughter that I stay home with. I am looking for legitimate ways to make money while staying at home. I am not looking for anything that requires me to pay them (never pay money to make money). Anyway the reason is, I am wanting to start school sometime soon to be a nurse, and I don't want to work and go to school because, then I will not get to spend anytime with my daughter. And also I'm wanting to make money at home at least until my daughter is in school. Then I should be out of school and be able to get a job in the health care field... anyway. all ideas are appreciated. also I live in a very small town and half the people I know already sell avon and things like that so I can't make anymoney doing that (Ive already tried it)... 3. If you don't mind talking on the phone and calling other parts of the country I have a legitimate business that I could use some help with in terms of telephone sales. 6. I've been doing some work with www.elance.com the past week, all the work is home based, data entry, transcription etc. The only thing is you're competing against people from countries where the hourly rate of pay is a lot lower, so not sure if it would be worth it for you.

7. The best way that I have found to be free during the day to take care of kids, is a company called Pure Romance. We are an in home party plan that caters to women. I get to make a full time income on just 6 hours a week (3 hours away from home, 1 night per week), but you can work more or less depending on your needs. 9. I have three kids and just recently needed to start staying home. I searched every where and even lost a few dollars looking for something. The insurance telemarketing above I researched and it appears to be great but you can not have any background noise. Which is not possible with young kids. I found that there are many jobs out there that will hire freelancers, on a regular basis, and you can make a regular residual income. 10. How about Mary Kay ??? Remember with any direct sales your Friends and family will not be your customer base. In Mary Kay we teach you how to get customers I don't take extra time out of my day to work my business I work it while i go about my day like to the grocery store hairdresser and so on. I meet one to two people daily just doing normal activity. Make sure whatever you decide if in direct sales that you have no quotas or territories plus picking a consumable product helps.
