Work at home??

Does any one work at home? I need a good paying job I can do at home besides child care. I'm doing that now and the pay is not enough for what I do, and my house is never clean anymore! Someone help :( Come on stay at home moms how do you make your money? I need something thats not a scam!

I put together a blog for my friends (I figure I'd share it since I wish someone had put this together for me) and I listed the sites that didn't require me to go through pages of ads and that actually pay out cash and not points or entries into a sweepstakes.
