Work at Home Education Center

Would it be better to get an online degree in technical writing or a degree from a campus in pro....?

None of the universities in the area offer a technical writing degree. Would you recommend getting a degree online, or getting my masters from a university in professional writing and minor in a technical field (i.e. chemistry?)

I have not heard good stories so far about online universities (as far as finding a job when you graduate,) but I am also unsure if professional writing would qualify me for the technical writing jobs.

1. My suggestion would be to major in chemistry with a minor in english or any of the writing degrees.
