1. try this

2. I would be careful about any such site myself. Once you pay there is no guarantee that you are going to receive those promised leads. You're far better off to spend that money on membership fees for a bonafide writer's association where you can network with other freelance writers. Pick up a copy of The Writer's Market (it's an absolute bible - chalk full of writing markets).

3. Anybody asking money is most likely a fraud. Try this proven site
www.elance.com

4. I did not heard about this website. If you are thinking of getting a freelance jobs, you might want to consider taking a look at http://www.MumWorkAtHome.com
I know that there is one section introducing freelance jobs without the need to pay any upfront fees.

Hope it helps.

5. I have no idea about that site. But I have association with 3 freelance sites where their service is best and am happy. Particularly if you are interested in writing jobs then look at copywriting/writing categories across all these sites.

More than anything they have plenty of projects, free to join and payments are thru safe escrow for all your efforts.

6. I did this for a while online. Yes, there are some good sites and you can make some decent money doing it.
Other ways to make money online include GPT, paid surveys, and paid to post. If you'd like a list of sites that I have found to be legit, send me a message.

8. There are many online offers on Internet but most of them are scam! Before you join any work from home company, please check out http://leenk.org/link/scam-report You will find some articles and guidelines to help you determine if a work from home opportunity is a scam or not.

9. These sites are legit, I have used them. I like scriptlance the best, but you will likely have the most luck finding writing jobs at eLance. eLance requires you to pay a monthly fee, the others do not.

10. There are so many writing jobs out there that you should never pay to get them or find them. You can try sites like ifreelance.com, guru.com, elance.com. Anothe site I use is http://www.workathomedesk.com which often has writing job leads. Hope this helps.
