Telecommuting Taxes?

Hello. I currently live and work in Wisconsin. I have a desire to move to San Francisco, CA, and continue working for the same employer (again, who is based in Wisconsin) by "telecommuting" from my home/apartment office in San Francisco. My apartment in California will not be an "official" company office/branch - it will just be where I physically work. I've been given tentative approval from my employer, pending figuring out the conundrum of state taxation; specifically, which state will I pay my taxes to? One? The other? Both? Half-and-half? How is this determined? Thank you very much for any help you can offer.

1. I'm not familiar with California taxes, but I'm guessing that all your income earned while you live in San Francisco will be CA state income. I don't know why any of your income would be considered Wisconsin income. It's usually based on where you earn it and what state your'e a resident of.
