Disney telecommuting jobs?

I'm interested in working for Disney and I read here that they do hire home workers. Can someone point me to how to get started in finding out about this? I've looked everywhere. I'd love to be a freelance writier for them!

Try Universal as well - Universal Blvd. Orlando

There are also a lot of smaller companies that service these two giants. Do a search of the Orlando area.
