Can you please advise any sites offering online jobs (at no cost) for graphic designs?

Although i have my "safe" job..i want to pursue graphic designs as freelance job.. well if not graphic, maybe an online writing job would do (like making some research,reaction papers for sale, short stories, etc.). i just want to make more money by working online at home. Of course, the job should not require any financial input (online investing, etc.). If there's asite where one is paid for advice, that would be great. Please advse. Thanks.
